The clinical director doesn't understand English and plays dumb with your problems. Then dings you with a no show fee for canceling further meetings.
Great experience, without a discussion of my reasons for being there. A few things I noticed that impressed me. The sign-in procedure, privacy, openess of everyone, and the cleanliness: especially the restroom. This seems trivial but it says alot about them. I appreciate everyone and the assistance.

This was my first experience with therapy after years of deliberation. I had seven or eight sessions with my therapist before she stopped responding to my messages, and I cannot say I gained anything from the meetings other than the general relief you feel from discussing your emotions.
