I am so grateful I found Ellie Mental Health. And particularly my incredible therapist, Logan H.! I have been in therapy for many years and she has been, by far, one of the absolute best I have come across. Every session, Logan has been amazingly present, intentional and always actively listens. Deanna Edwards is unprofessional. I was trying to onboard as a patient and couldn't even get past the intake process with Deanna Edwards due to her "3 strike rule". I had missed one appointment and had to reschedule another for intake. I was upfront about my issues and how hard I am/was struggling. I think bringing up to a patient at risk , in her words, if you miss anymore sessions we will stop seeing you as a patient, is extremely unprofessional. Especially after everything I shared.
