I can’t recommend Ellie Mental Health enough. The space itself is beautiful, private, and very inviting, it feels like a home. They use white noise for extra privacy, which I really value. Gabby is an incredible therapist. She’s warm, positive, and the first person I’ve talked to who makes me feel truly heard and understood. I look forward to our sessions every week. If you’re looking for a safe, non-judgmental space, this is it!
