I wanted to reestablish with Ellie mental health because I started to feel depressed again but I found out you had to do that through email which I did email them and didn't hear back from them after waiting patiently for a week. I know they are doing this for safety but sometimes I think they abuse this system for there own personal gain. They also don't have manager or customer service to talk to if you have a problem.
Tried to email them to schedule appointment for weeks and they decided to ghost me and say nothing, which is the only way to sechudle an appointment for a existing patient. At least they could've said something. I guess they can choose who they want and don't want. If you come as a new paitent and they dont like what they see they will discharge you.They discharge me because i was suicidal and had depression and they were like yeah i don't want this paitent because he's suicidal. Very nice location and they have a good system for protecting patients' privacy. Just started coming here but like Diane so far.
