I needed to find a therapist for my teenager and was hopeful to try this new practice. I submitted the online form and after a week didn’t hear anything so decided to call. I was set up with our new therapist, Sara Yang, two weeks out. Day of appt I go into the app to find location for our first session and appt is showing cancelled.
