If you are looking for a therapist I would recommend Jennifer Awad. I saw her for 5 months and she guided me through so much dealing with past trauma, anxiety and how to manage those things. I am a whole new person because Jennifer taught me how to work through what I was dealing with but also helped me understand the “why” behind everything. Jennifer is very knowledgeable and you can tell she cares about the work she does and puts all her efforts into helping you.

I worked with Jennifer Awad for help with OCD sexual trauma and I can honestly say the experience was transformative. If you're full of anxiety and stress, don't contact Jennifer Award. 39-week pregnant wife was guilted to schedule too many appointments that overwhelmed her further, then when she inevitably missed an appointment due to her pregnancy, she was unprofessionally shamed and charged $100. Wife felt too uncomfortable to meet again, so another $100 charged. Do not seek help or any compassion here!
