To whom it may concern, My name is Randy Bloom and I have been working with Mariah in the Norwalk Ct. office. I'm writing to tell you how amazing she is. I have been doing a video call with her for 6 weeks now and she has helped me so very much..... she just gets it. I speak most of the time and then she will chime in with her thoughts and ideas that really makes sense. She is very professional and knows her stuff. Ellie Mental Health was so helpful while I was going through a low point. They are very compassionate and really care about their clients. Highly recommend.
Liana was not very knowledgeable and often times came off rather rude and condescending. Her profile claims she is very empathetic towards other humans but I do not beleive this to be true. Instead she spoke with an arrogant tone like she knew everything, all while she admits she is brand new to her industry. Not a problem solver, nor a good listener, and caused more problems than it was worth, frankly.
