trying to get a straight answer about my bills feels like pulling teeth. Shouldn’t be this way.
Giving Dava McCoy specifically a 1 star, not the company. The staff on the MO side has been fantastic, but Dava oversees both KS offices and is incredibly difficult to work with. The intake staff continued to provide different information then couldn't answer certain questions and referred me to Dava to get clarification. When I attempted to speak with her she refused to set up a time for a quick phone call and instead told me how busy she was in her personal life and that she couldn't take the time for a call, ever, then sa... read more
