My daughter really likes this place and it is great for my kid. She goes every other wednesday and it really helps her. Especially her therapist, Miss Nina is wonderful! She really listens to my daughter. And is very kind to her and me. I hope you go here too! Best place we have gone to, and my daughter has really progressed since Ellie Mental! They even have fidgets in their waiting room, and she lets my daughter color or water paint sometimes. Highly recommend!!!! 🩵
Super happy with my entire experience with Ellie. From the initial phone call to, finding the right therapist for me, to scheduling an appt quickly. My therapist is great. The westlake location is really nice and has a lovely waiting area.
Absolutely the worst therapy company to exist. They gave me a terrible therapist that went on to get fired. Then they promised a refund but did not keep their promise. Owner Kelly Rammuno responded to 1 email out of 10 and returned zero phone calls. They did not fully address the issues at all. I am still owed $208 that they refuse to refund. The best therapists I’ve ever had! My kids and I love them so much! Would recommend this place to anyone . I can’t say enough good positive things about Ellie Mental Health! So happy to finally find therapists for my family that we can trust.
I absolutely love my therapist. It’s like I’m visiting with a friend and I get excited when I know it’s time to visit!
