Called today to get information for family and individual therapy. Was going off the amazing reviews. Once I called though I was very disappointed how the call was handled. The person on the other end of the was rude, had a bad attitude and was constantly interrupting me as I asked for information. It almost seemed as if I was bothering her by asking for information.
