Calling Ellie will put you through to a contracted person in some other state. Cant get ahold of the counselor. Poor coordination, scheduling, and no communication. Charged us $110 for an appointment we weren't aware of and refused to refund. Take your business elsewhere.
Absolutely terrible, Stay away from Raymond. He gets vey mad and upset if you call him out on saying one thing and then the next session he asks why you do that and that its a problem and shouldn't do it, you'll get gasslighted for eveything you do that they tell you. they will make you feel like you have a problem so you keep returning. Great organization with fantastic counselors. Over the last 8 months I've had the pleasure to work with Karissa, Matt, & Sarah and they're all very professional, compassionate, and accommodating. They've helped my family and I navigate lifes struggles and provided us tools to live a more purposeful life filled with joy.
Fun-loving culture
Words cannot describe how appreciative I am of the staff at Ellie Mental Health. I was struggling with addiction and didn’t see a way out until I started regular sessions. Now, just over 2 years later, I am no longer the same person and am free from the struggles of my past. I only attend counseling on an as needed basis now, have reconciled with my family, and am actually excited about the future. The staff at Ellie are there for the right reasons, to help others and I highly recommend them.
