Despite the office not having an immediate therapist available, the office staff still completed a thorough assessment over the phone to get us set up with the portal and had me complete the necessary paperwork for when there was a therapist available. I've been going here since a few months after they opened, and I love it here. Everyone is very nice and my providers Becky and Shianne have been amazing!
I was set up with a therapist, put off my vacation to be seen, and was called the day before my intake to be told it wasn’t a good fit, they can’t help me based on my diagnosis, and they don’t know if anyone there will be able to take me on as a client. Very disappointed that I was referred to this place and hopeless that I’ll ever find a therapist after 2 years of searching.
