If I could give zero stars, I would. By far the most unprofessional practice I have ever used. My provider frequently cancelled, rescheduled last minute, and/or did not show at all. Two of those times, I was still charged for the session. Further, I liked my provider personally, but professionally I felt boundaries were continually crossed. It’s nice, clean and quiet. Easy check in and appointments are on time. I would like to see them reduce the total number of appointment reminders this is the reason for 4 out of 5 stars - it’s almost daily leading up the appointment and it’s very excessive and annoying. Other than that we’re pleased with the services provided. ****Revised I was charged a 100$ no show fee for an appointment that had been scheduled that I was not aware of.
