Megan Krenz is the most fantastic therapist I’ve ever had. She makes me feel seen and knows exactly how to make me laugh even when I’m struggling. I have only had positive experiences with her. She is a world class therapist.
Cynthia Sivick has only been my therapist for 2 sessions but after suffering from mental health conditions since adolescence I am extremely pleased(as I've met with countless other providers both in and outpatient). This “practice” will take your history no matter what your diagnosis might be and they will stick you with a social worker who isn’t even a therapist. They are unable to give referrals to psychiatrists because they aren’t real licensed therapist and they won’t tell you that. I asked for a referral for 6 weeks from my “therapist” which I never received and I have a mental health diagnosis that it is essential I am medicated to be stable. I've genuinely enjoyed my experience so far with Ellie Mental Health. The initial appointment scheduling was beyond easy. At the time, I was going through the process of calling providers/practices to only never get a call back. Then after filling out the form with Ellie Mental Health, I had the feeling of relief of getting a call for scheduling 48 hrs later. Their office is comfortable. The atmosphere is quite cozy.
