It’s nice, clean and quiet. Easy check in and appointments are on time. I would like to see them reduce the total number of appointment reminders this is the reason for 4 out of 5 stars - it’s almost daily leading up the appointment and it’s very excessive and annoying. I’m responsive and uncaring. They miss handled my daughter‘s case I sent an email to speak to someone. I have not received an email back. I was told to send an email after I called. There has been no response. My daughter had an extended stay at a mental institution and was supposed to continue care with these providers and they have done absolutely nothing but cancel an appointment.
