This is a wonderful clinic run by a very caring and talented group of professionals. I am impressed by both the atmosphere and the quality of assistance that I received. My experience was disappointing. I searched through the names and bios of the therapist looking for one to support grief and addiction. I was shuffled around and pressured to use web-based consultations. I continued the process to find a therapist because there was extensive steps to set up a portal and schedule. They us as third party scheduling team that knows nothing about the business. It was an absolute hassle. This company was extremely lazy and unhelpful. Where to start, well I was a little skeptical putting my daughter into therapy because I grew up learning to handle things and how to deal with things. Well Ellie health proved me wrong. My daughter is doing a lot better in school and with herself. The staff down to the owner had been nothing but helpful and if you have a question or issue they are on top of it. I highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you to Steve and Paula.

I arrived for my first appointment to find the office locked and dark. It was a Saturday at 9am so I figured they must be the only one working that day and they would open up once they arrived. I had multiple confirmations of an appointment and I booked through the phone with the lady who co-ordinates availability to avoid any conflicts. I waited for 15 minutes past my appointment before trying to call the number provided and then sent a follow up text but received no further information. Just a no show.
