I was in a very bad spot, and like I don’t know how else to say how much Ellie helped me, because I’m not there anymore.
Such a great place with a welcoming atmosphere.
While my therapist was fantastic, I was assigned to her 6 weeks before she was moving out of state. Upon our last session, there was no plan in place to move me to a new provider, which I don't believe was my therapist's fault at all. Unprofessional, to say the least. I posted the content below, and I am very pleased to say that I got a response from Ellie. The president called me to apologize and also to offer me assistance to find the right support. I have a referral elsewhere now, but if that doesn't work, I'm going back to Ellie. Thank you, Jessica. It's nice to have a service that will find someone that is covered by your insurance.
