I saw a therapist who had maybe a year or two experience. She had me do a few sessions of navel gazing before suggesting a different therapist. Unfortunately for me, the navel gazing is not something I enjoy (at all! especially over and over to new therapists). Professional staff in a warm, inviting setting — highly recommend!
It took as much strength as I had to call Ellie again but because I saw someone previously, they want me to jump through a bunch of hoops to schedule with some one new. That's more than I can manage so I'm still without any support. It would help if the person on the phone showed some sympathy.
