I'm sorry for the woman who had a negative experience with Ellie Mental Health. I'm glad she found someone that provides the care she wanted for her daughter. In my experience, I've learned that mental illnesses and behavior disorders are ever changing. 5 ppl can have the same symptoms, same diagnosis but need 5 different treatments for improvement to their mental health and well being.
