If you want to live in a trashed out bar and get cancer from second hand smoking rent in this community. Condoms, cigarette butts, food...all over. Absolutely filthy community with the worst customer service to go with it. Customer service actually said they don’t respond to tenant’s complaint emails, they just “work on it”. I sent complaint over a month ago and nothing. If you go in person, they ask for an email. You have been warned. Save yourself if you can.

I was so excited to learn that Lindsay is now the Manager of the Ellicott Grove Apartments. She is the only reason why I am renewing my lease. She is so pleasant, personable, genuine, and caring. She will do her best! Now that we have a new Management group and a terrific office staff things will be superior. The apartments have been upgraded with granite and look beautiful. A new gym and a wonderful pool area. A great value and easy access to a lot of highways.
Management is terrible. Nikki screens emails, only responding to those she likes. A branch from a rotten tree fell on my car and they agreed via email and word of mouth to repair the damages. To this day, nothing. When I asked more than a month before for the terms of my lease renewal, it was not honored. I received it a week before the lease was up...with a rent increase that was expected by the renewal date. She (Nikki) just smiles and does nothing. Management needs to look into how she actually runs the place.
