It’s not exactly pleasant when you pull off the road to grab a coffee to go, pay $5.50 for a cappuccino, and end up getting nothing but frothed milk.
I have come an gotten my coffee and various occasions here and every single time it has been great. The service, the breakfast sandwich and most definitely the coffee. Without a doubt this is by far the best Ellianos in Live Oak. Whenever I am in Live Oak I will come here.
Now come on. I know asking for lite ice isn’t displacing THAT much of a large drink? If we don’t ask for lite ice it’s so full you can’t even get a straw in it. “the joy shot is a short drink” then why do they offer it in a large? why am I paying for a large? Also, Passive aggressive customer service is never the right move. Nobody is trying to get a free few ounces of coffee. I just want normal ice in a normal large cup. Is it really that hard?
I went the other day to get my usual and let me tell you Makenzie did amazing I loved every bit of it!!!
