Horrible experience. the door girl told me sit outside in the cold to wait for approval to go upstairs! I know COVID is real but that is out of control. She blocked a man who almost pushed her over to get by. cool the ego and sit down lady! yikes!
They have blood on their hands. They released a patient from the psychiatry ward not even a day after he was admitted for attempted suicide. In person I explained to them that he needed help, I offered to show them his suicide note and they very rudely refused. It was clear they did not have any compassion and could not be bothered to care. They are grossly and criminally incompetent. I have been trying to get ahold of the people at St. Thomas psychiatric since 8/26/20. No response. I've left multiple messages, the only person I've talked to was the operator who is only able to connect me to a voicemail. After my first week of failed attempts reaching anyone, I walked into the physical building to set up an appointment in person. Never imagined that I would be seeing a foot doctor at such a young age, but let me tell you how great my experience has been! Dr.Boyer is super kind hearted and you can tell he truly cares about his patients. After only my first time meeting him, when I came back he had remembered every bit of the conversation we had previously. I highly recommend going to him. Nothing but positivity from his office!
We just had a horrible experience at Fairlawn Urgent Care with my son, who had a ruptured eardrum yesterday afternoon. Something happened in the process of sending his medication order to the pharmacy, so I was unable to pick up medication the same day and called urgent care twice the next day. Both times I called, the pharmacy was blamed for not having the medicine and ZERO responsibility was taken by urgent care personnel to work this out. RecommendedI was in for surgery. Registration was ok, busy at 5:45! Everyone was nice, gentle and knew their job well! Once admitted, treatment of kindness and gentleness continued!
