Very very very very rude front desk and staff there . They kept saying , I didn’t have an appointment there, but I was booked there for months . I felt like I was discriminated because, I am Deaf . The staff laughed and snickered at me. This not acceptable behaviour . Will not be going back ! They also very un orangized. Don’t waste your time .
If I could give a -10 start I would. I booked an appointment for a mammogram 2 weeks ahead. When booking the appointment, I asked if there is anything specific that I need to do to prepare myself. The receptionist told me: no lotion or deodorant. I also asked if I should remove my nipple piercings for safety. I come the day of the appointment, the receptionist tells me that I booked for bone density. I got confused and said no because we even spoke about how I should prepare myself for a mammogram. The staff here are the nicest. Everyone from the front desk to the technologists are so friendly and helpful.
Technicians are very rude brought patient and patient was very upset of their behavior almost cried making people depressed
