I was having an abdominal ultrasound. The front desk staff were amazing. The lab technician was professional and personable. Great customer-service at this location!!!
Was 5 mins late for a mammogram appt then made me wait additional 5 mins while she shuffled papers then tells me sorry she’s gone to lunch you’ll have to rebook not accommodating at all will not be going back for future services
Called for a mammogram and was told they are fully booked and would not make an appointment even though I was willing to wait for an opening. Is this what healthcare has become? No care at all!
I had an ultrasound done at this location today. The staff were amazing. My technician Hedy was patient and made sure I was comfortable throughout the test. Thank you for making the whole experience seamless as possible.
Pleasant staff, very thoughtful. On time and professional.
