I had a very disappointing experience during my ultrasound appointment today with a technician named Hedy (her name was confirmed by the reception staff). This was my 18–20 week pregnancy anatomy ultrasound, which typically takes around 45 minutes to ensure all the necessary images and measurements are completed properly. I had gone today for TRUS. The technician was very rough with the probe and didn't know what he was doing.very disappointing experience. I hope the reading that he got are correct for the Doctor.
The staff here are so friendly, the appointments are punctual. Best medial clinic I’ve been to in a long time.
