Friendly and welcoming staff
Don't believe if they say there is no appointment needed for an x-ray. I called the day prior and they said the patient can walk in from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. When he showed up, they told him "We don't have an appointment for you" Awful service.
I for the first time experienced the rudest short haired abrupt receptionist today! She sat in receptionist chair closest to hallway. I called to say I’d be 3 minutes late and her abrupt response in arrogance was oh too bad you’ll have to wait! Never in all my visits dealt with this woman but I never will again! I had appointment at this location for mammogram and needed to do an ultrasound as well. I ask the receptionist if they have an availability for ultrasound and she said no and I have to book an appointment. Paula who did my mammogram was wonderful and she realized that I have to do an ultrasound as well. I told her I needed to do an urgent mammogram and I didn’t realize my doctor wanted me to do ultrasound as well. She said I will get you in for ultrasound. That was so sweet of her.
