Parking with pay, inconvenient. Facility is clean though
The front desk assistant - named Alice - for Dr Cathleen and Dr Bobby, is super rude. It wasn't me who had an unpleasant experience, it was an older man and his wife who you could see was having trouble understanding English. Instead of being Moe co operative she starts mocking their way of talking and when he asked which type of insulin she misunderstood that was "what's an insulin" and proceeds to reply " Drugs, drugs...you know what drugs is.." like just try listening to people first and then reply accordingly. Parking is Very expensive not fair for a doctors appointment.
We have been visiting Dr. Ambika Aneja for the past three to four years. Dr. Aneja herself is a good and knowledgeable doctor, but unfortunately the overall clinic experience has consistently been disappointing. Almost every time we come for an appointment, even when arriving exactly on time, we are made to wait at least 30–40 minutes before seeing the doctor. My wife called this clinic in the morning to make an appointment because she is pregnant and needs an ultrasound and blood tests. She does not speak English very well, but she was trying her best to communicate. Unfortunately, the receptionist was very rude and started yelling at my wife instead of helping her. It was a very upsetting and unprofessional experience, especially for someone who is pregnant and already stressed. I would not recommend this place based on the way they treated her.
