Tired calling to speak to a doctor regarding an emergency refill and the reception was extremely disrespectful and rude and denied me as a patient told me a doctor was busy when I tried to explaining what I was trying to get she proceeded to say that she doesn’t do this year. she spoke over me screamed on the phone. I usually visit this clinic on Saturdays, and today I came at 1:00 pm only to find it closed. The clinic hours for today were 8:00 am to 11:00 am, but this was not clearly reflected on Google Maps, which shows different timings. This is very misleading and inconvenient for patients who rely on the listed hours. The clinic needs to update its hours properly and ensure accurate information is provided so people don’t waste their time.
I take my special needs sister to this clinic and we have always had a pleasant experience here. Dr. Yogan, Dr. Sam and the other drs and the nurses and staff here have always been friendly, helpful and understanding of my sister. I recommended the clinic to my son and his family and they all go here as well. And they have had a positive experience as well.
Each time I went to this facility I was in and out in less than an hour the staff was very pleasant and they were very respondent to your needs I would advise anybody that this is a great place to utilize
Very poor customer service. Website information regarding business hours not accurate. phone goes in answering most time. Not allowed to leave Messaage over phone. Business hours as per phone message inaccurate. They request test and expectation is patient has to come and check again in 3-4 days. When we Complain to explain our concerns, they give excuses and reasons but no sympathy. This clinic does not care about patients.
