I want to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Osama, our family doctor. Recently, my son had an accident where he cut his head. If I had gone to the hospital, I would have had to wait at least 7 to 8 hours in the emergency room. Instead, even though it may not have been his official duty that day, Dr. Osama was at a walk-in clinic. He personally stitched and treated my son’s wound right there. Very unprofessional front desk experience.Being in the medical field myself, I was quite disappointed by the way patients were being handled. The front desk staff seemed unclear about what was going on and communication was very poor. I had to ask multiple times about the prescription printout, and I kept being told that it was an OTC medication. I had a very disappointing experience with Ellesmere Family Health Group. Their website clearly states that the clinic is open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturday, but when I went there before 4:00 PM, I was told that the doctors do not accept any patients after 3:00 PM. I had only gone to the clinic to obtain my blood test reports, but the staff declined to provide them. Tired calling to speak to a doctor regarding an emergency refill and the reception was extremely disrespectful and rude and denied me as a patient told me a doctor was busy when I tried to explaining what I was trying to get she proceeded to say that she doesn’t do this year. she spoke over me screamed on the phone.
