One of the pathetic clinic in GTA, only gives priorities to gujrati patients and I suspect they work on cash as well. CRA should do an audit and they should be scrutinised by medical authorities in canada. My daughter was sick and we waited for 3 hours still the receptionist was giving priorities to other patients, queue was not maintained. Absolutely waste of time. Its better to go to other clinic or go to pharmacy. Only Dr Abu Naja is good factor in this clinic
One of the worst experience I had . First , the doctor I visited was googling the doses of the prescription, and asked what kind of food I need to eat and not to eat , his reply was “ you can google it “ ! Worst customer service!!! Unprofessional in handling patients, making them wait longer , not caring for elderly patients!!!! And then they have a warning notice , saying “ zero tolerance (against rude behaviour)” !! Well After all this unprofessional behaviour , nobody would care to talk to them politely !!!!!!
On website it says closing at 6 pm, so I went there 5:38 pm but they refused to take me and said we stop taking patients at 5 pm. There is nothing mentioned on their website regarding their self-made rules. Very bad experience.
Had worst experience with Dr Veejai Sawh. He basically showed no respect and have no manners. Could not answer very basic questions related to the medication he prescribed. Can think to come back to clinic and will certainly recommend to not go to Dr Veejai
