I’ve been living at Ellery at Lake Sherwood Apartments for four going on five months, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. My washing machine has been broken since I moved in, and despite submitting multiple maintenance requests, it still hasn’t been fixed. It’s unacceptable that such a basic issue has gone unresolved for this long. The lack of urgency and poor communication from management makes it clear that resident concerns are not a priority. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
