Huge apartment, appliances rusted out / outdated, management (THE WHITE LADY) has the nastiest attitude ever . She will take your money and give you a low grade apartment.
I have been waiting on the repair or replacement of a washer since March 8, 2025. I put in a maintenance request on about 3/8, again on 3/13 and again on 3/24. The duplicate requests are being cancelled with no communication and no resolution. I spoke with Mrs. Mandy in office on 3/12, she couldnt give me any information and shared that maintenance couldnt be reached because they were conducting/checking fire extinguishers on the property. UPDATE: STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. THE OFFICE MANAGER CAME AND SAW WITH HER OWN EYES AND STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. THE OFFICE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE AND HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME TO "RUN YOUR DISHWASHER AGAIN, SO I CAN COME BACK TOMORROW TO VIEW WHAT YOUR DISHES LOOK LIKE." SERIOUSLY!? I'VE REACHED OUT TO CORPORATE AND NO RESPONSE. IT'S BEEN A MONTH NOW. CORRECTION...THEY DID SEND A CLEANING LADY TO "CLEAN" THE BLACK MOLD/GROWTH OUT OF THE TOILET/TANK. I'VE INCLUDED PICTURES. ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!!!! Please don't be fooled by the name because there isn't anything luxury about these apartment. This is more like the projects with garages. If I can give 1 star I would. Your packages will always get stolen if you don't purchase a ring camera. Valet trash has noooo schedule. The gates that you think will keep you safe only close 1 week out of every month anf when they close your gate code will never work and you'll have to wait on residents to let you in.
