Management has been very unorganized — several residents, including myself, received unfair eviction notices caused by their own mistakes. The water also gets shut off almost every week, which is very inconvenient for families. The assistant manager has been helpful, but overall communication and management need serious improvement.
My experience with the office staff was very pleasant. They were all helpful, and have positive attitudes. Every time I had a question via email, the response time was always impeccable. Even when maintenance issues arose with my move in, they maintained excellent communication. So far, my experience has been excellent, and I look forward to my time living here.

Worst experience in my life!!!! Please know that they have a low rating for a reason. Everyone can’t be lying. You will regret it if you move here. There will be a 95% chance that you will deal with a leak issue, followed by mold. The staff on the front office is a joke. They won’t answer your calls or respond to your emails. You’ll have to adjust your schedule to go into the office, and just hope that they’ll be open because they always have an “out of office” sign on the door. Maintenance will take forever. I am so excited to be moving into my very first apartment. I was nervous through all of this, but Victoria has been so kind and so patient with me throughout this entire process. I believe in communication and transparency, and Victoria has provided that for me from start to end.
