I applied and was sent a lease to sign. I received a confirmation of my lease with dates and rental amount, but when I spoke with Dominica, the leasing manager, I was told that I didn’t income qualify for the apartment and I was offered a different apartment at a higher rent. When I selected the new apartment, I was then told that I would have to pay a double security deposit for the apartment. I wasn’t pleased with the rental process and felt like I was being scammed so, I don’t recommend this place at all. Beware!
I was treated like I was s mother visiting her daughter. Ashley was very patient,she explained step by step what I was to do and what the outcome may or may not be and I'm just praying that I woulf be a new neighbor
Management is very friendly they always make a way to make you be at easy and make sure you understand what’s going on in the complex they are hard working ladies and the help eveyone with respect and friendly keep up the good work I am proud to be a tenant here at ellevate apartment
Ashley is the most kind and patient landlord I have ever worked with. She listens attentively and fosters a strong sense of community among residents. I truly appreciate that I can approach her whenever I have questions or need clarification, and she consistently takes the time to ensure I fully understand how everything works. Her clear communication, professionalism, and genuine kindness make a meaningful difference. I feel fortunate and grateful to be part of this community under her leadership.
