Moved in November 2025, here’s what I’ve dealt with since: -No working fridge for 3 months -When they finally replaced fridge, it was too large for the space and made it impossible to open/close the laundry room door- I had to take the laundry room door off the hinges. -No hot water for like 2 months ish. -No working heat for 1-2weeks ish during some of the coldest weeks of winter. -No access to amenities after leasing office hours because I was not given a key FOB (or told i would need one or be receiving one) upon move in.... read more
