Wanted to see a apartment the lady was very rude
I was interested in becoming a resident but I no longer am. I spoke with one consultant, she said 1 thing, went back to apply, a different leasing agent said another thing. It’s distasteful! And I heard the leasing agent also tell another potential resident that her admin would take 3 months to refund bc she’s no longer interested in the apartments ….thats insanity but what’s not insane nowadays
Staff is very rude and unprofessional
I can’t say enough good things about Elevate North Charleston! A huge part of that was thanks to Ashley. She was absolutely incredible—patient, kind, and so thorough when answering all my (many, many) questions.
