I am a student at Central Washington University and know nothing about cars. When I called because my tire was flat, not only were they super nice on the phone but they offered to come and pump up my tire in order to get it to Ellensburg tire center safely. When I got there, they fixed it at no charge! They were all so sweet and friendly. Small businesses are the way to go. I'm never going to Les Schwab again!
Pulled in at 5pm on a Friday for a rotate and balance, got me in no problem, had me back in the road in no time!

On Sunday 7/13/15 I was heading back home from Yakima County to Seattle when my tires started to fall apart in between Yakima and Ellensburg. I slowly was able to make it to Ellensburg where I came to Les Schwab and tried calling them to get their emergency service number but nothing just a phone ringing with no answer machine. I then found Ellensburg tire center and called their emergency number and within 5 mins someone was able to meet me at Ellensburg Tire Center.
