They were really good about explaining the options to me. Even showed me discounted tires and told me what to look for on discounted tires. I appreciate how they explained everything to me, including breaking down the price.
They helped us out of when we blew a tire on a cross country trip. We were in a time crunch because we needed to get to Seattle to board a cruise ship. They dropped everything to get us back on the road as fast as possible and we just made it to the ship before it sailed. Their guys went above and beyond and I can't thank them enough.
I had new tires put on by another store, and they bent my wheel. So I stopped at Ellensburg tire to ask them about it, and they checked my tire out and put on a new wheel for no charge. 10 stars if I could!

These guys are the best! With an early snowfall, they were beyond busy this week putting on winter tires/studs, but still give the best service and take time with each client! They should be so proud of their hard work and customer service!
Awesome customer service. Had a tire in desperate need of being replaced and Grant was able to find me a pair of take offs to get me through the summer and got them installed 1st thing this morning.
These guys are awesome. They've fixed my tire for free before and were the only place in town that had a used replacement tire in the right size. They replaced it for free and charged $10 less than the quote. Love them!
