Service was excellent as usual. Did have a bit of a glitch in the appointment reminder system.
I had a tooth break while traveling. I notified Pear immediately. They made time for me the afternoon after my return to get me in and start the process of a putting a crown on the broken tooth. When I left their office i had a temporary crown on the tooth and was able to resume work and other activities. The care was professional, friendly and attentive to my needs.
I was blown away with the quality of care! All of the staff are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Dr. Cole's total body health approach with holistic alternatives is exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone!
Everyone was is always nice and friendly. On time. They make going to the dentist comfortable for me. Just always making sure I am good. Going to the dentist always makes me nervous. They help take the nervousness away.
