I genuinely had the worst experience ever here. I came in with virgin dark brown hair and asked for some lighter brown highlights (I will find the inspo pic) I left the salon in tears. The girl turned my hair ORANGE. The girl didn't put any toner or anything on my hair. She straight up bleached and dried it. After she washed the bleach out, she styled my curls and put me under the dryer, and turned me to the wall (I couldn't see my hair) while under the dryer, she asked me to pay now because she has another client coming and... read more
