Perfect expedience! Great food, waiter, and music. I loved it! Here on business, but hopefully will be able to return in the future!
Went for Mother's Day today. Spent $35 a person for the buffet. Food was subpar, generic, and simply not impressive. Service was slow. We were stuffed upstairs where it was hot and dirty. A few years ago we had a much better experience. Where did the omelet bar go? The sherbet mimosas? The quality food? I'm disappointed how Ellendale's has gone downhill.
Went for Mother's Day brunch. The food was delicious! Our server was slothful. Never checked on us; only removed our soiled dishes from the table one time (it was a buffet). Had to flag him down to pay. We ended up staying 1-1/2 hours when there was a huge crowd waiting for a table.

Some of the best food I've ever had. Everything is fresh down to the herbs they grow or the fresh eggs from their ducks. My sea bass omelet was to die for!

Fantastic!! Been two times and just love the food!!!! (The music...eh not my style but can't please everyone lol. Waitress barely spoke to us but was pleasant. It did take a long time to get seated and to order drinks. The gentleman who seated us barely looked at us or spoke to us...mostly grunted. THAT all aside...I ONLY say something so it can be improved upon simply bc if someone pays $25 a person, excellent customer service is expected, Not just so-so.) I want to say thank you to Gordon and our amazing server last night! My group was large and we not only were provided a private room, we were provided excellent service, delicious meal, and free dessert samples. Our bride-to-be was very happy and we all cannot thank your restaurant and staff enough!!! ���
