Not sure what happened but the menu is the same and the food nothing like it was a few months ago when I dined there. A sad attempt at culinary skill is the best I can say for taste as well as presentation. I gave it a fair rating because the green beans were fresh. Sad to see the change because this was one of my favorites.
On our way to Texas and found you online. Husband got lemon chicken & I had the pork chops, both were great!! We also had cheesecake for dessert :) Loved the couple doing live music- thanks for a great night!
I had the braised short ribs and my husband had the eggplant Parmesan. Both entrées were really good along with homemade bread. We would have loved to try their desserts, but we were really full. Restaurant is in an old mansion with a lot of charm. Our server Nancy was excellent offering without being asked to turn down the music to a comfortable level. I would definitely go back
We made reservations three weeks in advance and still waited over an hour before seated... when we were seated we were in front of the extremely loud piano player. The waiter took our drink orders in which I ordered a $7 drink and a water. I never got my water but every time I came back to the table I had another $7 drink. The waiter charged me the wrong amount and then sent the bar tender to my table to tell me that my credit card was going to be on hold for two days because he voided my ticket. Has gone downhill. The price went up and the quality of food down. Don't waste your time.
Worst meal ever. Chicken filled with fat and gristle. Old garlic bread. No salad or pasta or vegetable with a $20 dish. My friend had eggplant parmigian that was nothing but cheese. Weird smell inside. Stay away
Great food, terrible service. The server, Zack, didn't mind ignoring at least 3 tables that I could see. Not only did I have to take empty glasses to the bar for refills but also had to go ask the bartender to get the check.
There is so much that I can say about this place but so little room to write. This place is absolutely amazing ,the prices are good the food is just to die for they have a young lady who sings at the piano it is absolutely beautiful and we will definitely come back to Nashville just to come here I will definitely refer this place to my friends and family and our waitress was an absolute sweetheart
