I went here for a couple years (and should've switched to a different doctor, somewhere else). I was consistently neglected by Dr. Schoenfelder, who was practically impossible to get ahold of to get medications refilled, and who would underestimate my needs and water down my stated symptoms. My well-being was compromised almost monthly due to her inability to respond to refill requests from both me and my Pharmacy. Dr. Schoenfelder is great. I agree that she's sometimes out of the office, but she is an excellent provider and is very conscientious. Our whole family goes to see her & we have not regretted it at all.
