I had a GOOD experience Dr Bautista was pleasant, courteous, professional, listened and answered my concerns and we agreed a plan about my DM for now
Very efficient, respectful and professional.
We love Dr. Ellen Bautista. She is great to work with.
Dr. Bautista did not listen to anything that I was trying to explain about my symptoms. Didn't ask me if these were ongoing issues. If any tests had been done by previous Dr. Has not returned any of my phone calls. Trying to get answers to my medical questions is impossible. She says" she thinks" I have one thing but nothing is being done to confirm or deny this. Have sent emails and made phone calls. Nothing since my 1st initial visit. Does not care for patients well being.
