Dr Batista is very professional and caring. She really listens my concerns and process the corresponding treatments or referrals. She takes the time needed to cover and respond everyone of my concerns. I'm happy she is my doctor now.
Dr. Bautista is a good listener and clarifies my comments or questions well so I understand. She does not make me feel uncomfortable even with delicate matters. She helps me process decisions and find options for solving problems. I feel secure in her abilities, skill, and caring manner. I appreciate that she does not rush me. I am lucky to have her "in my corner"
