I've been trying to get an appointment since October and it is now late December. Staff is either on vacation, not answering the phone or hanging up in my face. This review is related to customer service and not the quality of dental work.
On 03/02/2022, this is my first time to see Dr. Ellen Peng for teeth cleaning, when she saw my teeth, she asked me: did you brush your teeth every day? I replied that I do brush and floss 4 times everyday. She was surprised and asked me to use floss and brush my teeth at her office and I showed her my daily routine. She found that the way of brush and floss was incorrect and showed me how to do brush and floss. That day, I found she did a very detailed cleaning which I can feel. My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Peng more than 20 years. I think that speaks it all!
Dr. Peng is a great dentist. My family has been under her care for the past decade. She is thorough at her work that I feel my teeth alive every time after her cleaning. She tirelessly reminds us the area that we miss in brushing, gives tips for better dental care, also makes critical suggestions of other needs, such as orthodontics and wisdom teeth removal. The specialists we visited later praised Dr. Peng's timely and precise judgment calls. It is hard to find a dentist like her. Hope she doesn't retire soon.
De. Peng is gentle, meticulous and caring. Always offer good advice with detailed instructions!
