Super disappointed in the way the ER functions. We came in with an urgent need and were told “we’re short staffed and there’s no crises counselors overnight” then we were told 7am then 10am. You have patients in real need and no one available! Do better!
Our daughter was born here, and we had a wonderful experience. The entire team was professional, attentive, and caring, providing support 24/7. A special thank you to the amazing nurses Cristina and Fiona for their kindness and exceptional care.
If I could give 10 stars, I would. I brought my 9-year-old daughter in for blood work—she has a severe needle phobia. We were walk-ins, but the staff kindly fit us in quickly. While waiting at radiology for an x-ray, someone from the lab came to get us early—such a thoughtful gesture. Martha, the phlebotomist, was incredibly gentle and patient. The RN Lisa treated my mother, brother and I HORRIBLE. I was trying to explain to her that my brother suffers from a mental health issue and was going through an Episode at the time being. And she did not let me explain the situation to her, she made it VERY difficult to work with. She did not care at all about the well being of my brother.
