Our daughter was born here, and we had a wonderful experience. The entire team was professional, attentive, and caring, providing support 24/7. A special thank you to the amazing nurses Cristina and Fiona for their kindness and exceptional care.
If I could give 10 stars, I would. I brought my 9-year-old daughter in for blood work—she has a severe needle phobia. We were walk-ins, but the staff kindly fit us in quickly. While waiting at radiology for an x-ray, someone from the lab came to get us early—such a thoughtful gesture. Martha, the phlebotomist, was incredibly gentle and patient. The RN Lisa treated my mother, brother and I HORRIBLE. I was trying to explain to her that my brother suffers from a mental health issue and was going through an Episode at the time being. And she did not let me explain the situation to her, she made it VERY difficult to work with. She did not care at all about the well being of my brother. I came in 09/17/25 around 6:30PM with active kidney stones, severe lower pelvic pain, and vaginal bleeding. Despite this, I waited two and a half hours without being given an IV or any pain medication before being seen by doctor. At registration, my condition was inaccurately documented. Instead of noting “kidney stones” and my actual symptoms, the staff only wrote down “left flank pain”—a term I would never use to describe my pain. Terrible I send patients there and they send them directly back to facility even with a petition! Staff and doctors are incredibly rude!!!!! They are known for their terrible reputation!!!!!!!
