Terrible I send patients there and they send them directly back to facility even with a petition! Staff and doctors are incredibly rude!!!!! They are known for their terrible reputation!!!!!!!
My partner was in a car accident and taken to this hospital via ambulance. We sat in the ER waiting room for 5 hours before he was seen. He sat in the waiting room in pain and was very uncomfortable the whole time. Then we waited in the ER room for another two for the doctor to come in and another hour to get release paperwork. Worst experience I’ve ever encountered.
Nurses, assistants, and doctors are wonderful. The surgery went well. All care was good. Problem started with pick up. Surgery told me to pull up outside the main entrance. I did as instructed. The valet asked if I needed parking. I said I didn't and was waiting. I was polite when I spoke with them. Next thing I know, security was knocking on my window telling me to move. Went to their outpatient lab for bloodwork - Easy parking, navigation, check in, etc. all staff from help desk to check in was great. Martha in the lab did my blood work and she was AN ANGEL! I was nervous and she was so kind and did a great, quick job. She rocks!
I had the worst experience at the Laboratory section of Endeavor Health Highland Park Hospital. I went for a blood test for my 10-month-old baby, and the staff was clearly incompetent and unprepared to handle infants. One of the staff members missed the vein and kept moving the needle inside my baby’s arm for 10–15 seconds trying to find it. It was extremely painful and distressing to watch.
