I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting Dr. Taylor. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and she was by far the best I've ever seen. She never used foul language. She always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. She explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room.
