Ellen and Janis, and their team, helped me sell my condo in JP. It was a wonderful experience, from start to finish, and they helped me exceed the price I thought I would get for the sale. Though the sale process was extremely rapid, it was always clear exactly what was needed when, and I never felt rushed despite the fast pace of the sale. It was a real pleasure to work with them and I recommend them for any seller in the area!

They also provided great advice on timing our listing around the winter snowstorms, which ultimately paid off—we received an offer significantly over asking price.
