Excellent communication. Living far from the property sold wasn't a problem; the team kept us informed with copious emails and was always available for any questions we had. Connected us with the tradespeople and other third parties we needed to effect the sale. Happy with the suggestions for accepting offers and negotiating the final price and terms.
