I had the most wonderful experience working with Lisa. I knew I was in good hands throughout the entire process and I trusted her and her team every step of the way. I love my new condo so much and I couldn't have done it without her!
We are so grateful to have had Beth Maguire with Common Ground Collective Real Estate as our realtor. Buying a home from across the country could have been overwhelming, but Beth made the entire process feel manageable and gave us confidence every step of the way. We have worked with Beth for almost 10 years. We bought our first condo (2017), bought our first single family home when we started our family (2019), moved away (2022) and just recently returned (2026). Beth has worked with us for every sale. She is knowledgeable and we trust her judgement. Highly recommend to anyone purchasing a home!
Had a great experience working with Janis and her whole crew. Everyone was so helpful and answered all of my first-time home buyer questions. The experience of this group is evident. Highly recommend.
Ellen and Janis, and their team, helped me sell my condo in JP. It was a wonderful experience, from start to finish, and they helped me exceed the price I thought I would get for the sale. Though the sale process was extremely rapid, it was always clear exactly what was needed when, and I never felt rushed despite the fast pace of the sale. It was a real pleasure to work with them and I recommend them for any seller in the area!
