Dr. Scherl was incredibly kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. Her extensive experience in the GI field was made obvious as she was able to come up with a logical treatment plan, for my difficult case, during our first meeting. She went above and beyond to understand my situation by reaching out to my team of doctors and listening to my extensive medical history. Her patience and demeanor was absolutely a breath of fresh air. Just as I began lose hope, Dr. Scherl has given me a positive outlook on my healing journey.

First time for tele-visit. Dr Scherl is outstanding, caring, super knowledgeable, doctor that has greatly improved my quality of life. The tele-visit was great and I would not hesitate to use this option whenever available. I received a phone call soon afterwards and scheduled my next appointment. I would give her more that 5 stars if I could.

I have been a patient of Dr. Scherl for many years. She is attentive, thorough and extremely knowledgeable however her interest in her patients’ well being goes well beyond gastroenterology and she will readily refer me to other doctors to pursue anything outside her area of expertise. She acts as a personal advocate and inspires my feeling of being well cared for.
She is a great doctor and one of top in her field. She is probably the only top doctor who accepts insurances that aren’t the top 5 in the world. Most of the top doctors either don’t accept any insurance or only accept the top 5 insurances in the country. When I was in a flare for several years, she was the only top doctor who accepted my HMO insurance. She saved my life and I am forever grateful.
