Ellen is great. She’s always willing to spend the extra time listening to any concerns and answering all of my questions about my care and recovery.

This lady acts like she has a million other things she’d rather be doing than caring for you. Very inconsistent, rude, and inattentive.
Very condescending. Uninterested in anything I had to say. Didn’t answer any of my questions despite noting that “all questions were answered” on my visit notes. Since posting this I’ve been given orders for 2 tests that have nothing to do with my injury. They are trying to pawn me off elsewhere. Update: the number posted below is a fake number. I’m going to be in pain the rest of my life because of this person.
