Great place! Treats our pets like family.
March, 2026: This clinic was bought by private equity "about two years ago" according to the vet tech who refused to see us because I was four minutes past their grace period. This was a Sunday at 9:44am, the waiting room was empty, and folks in scrubs were scrolling on their phones behind the swinging door into the back area. In their quest for increased profits and efficiency, Mohawk (or whoever owns them) has sacrificed compassionate and personalized care, become more expensive, and are by no means more efficient. We’ve been bringing our dog Georgia to Mohawk for 6 years now. We love the friendly staff and overall care. Highly recommend!
All of the staff was welcoming, warm and very patient with our anxious dog. They were very clear with communication and made sure that we were all in agreement of the treatment plan without any pressure.
