The only thing I would suggest is that the staff introduce themselves. It was my first visit to the office and the only person who indentified themselves was Dr Sheehan.

I am actually going to look for a new dental office to take care of my needs. However it has nothing to do with Dr. Ghattas or Brooke. They are absolutely top notch. It has everything to do with your office manager. She is extremely rude and I have had problems with her before. When I asked to speak to you about my problems I was told I could not. Most recently I scheduled an apptointment for a cleaning and had to cancel them due to pain from a tooth extraction and then I developed a dry socket. You can confirm this with Dr.... read more
