Dental technician was very pleasant, but was a bit rougher, less careful about discomfort, than is usual. Nice, though.

I have been to a couple dental practices in my life and this is a very good one. Wendy is a great hygenist. She has a big smile and personality that makes you feel very comfortable while you're there. Dr. Folbe has both a personal and professional sense about her. Everyone at the practice is very nice. You're greeted personally. I have recommended this practice to many people...including my wife.
The whole staff that I met that day was very nice and pleasant.I was very nervous about coming to the dentist because I hadn't had my teeth cleaned in a year because I had no insurance, but the staff didn't make me feel ashamed.They handled me with TLC.
Everyone is always really nice. I don't feel like embarrassing anyone in particular!
The orthodontist that cleaned my teeth was very sweet. However, I obviously was the last appointment for the day. I really seemed like she rushed through my teeth cleaning, which made it the most uncomfortable experience that I remember having at this office. I know I had some build up, but Wendy is always patient and as gentle as possible. Dr. Folbe checked me out so I assume she did a good job. The whole experience was just RUSHED!
Our family loves Dr. Folbe and her staff! Highly recommend this office for adults and kids. They make visiting the dentist a pleasant experience!
