HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! You should sympathize more with your clients. You cancelled my appointment twice on the same day. I had an appointment at the Wicker location on Saturday, May 20th at 3:45pm. I received a call that my appointment had been moved to the downtown location (Erie)at 2:30pm. I purchased a spot hero parking cause its always hard to find parking downtown. I drove 22 miles from Oak Lawn to Downtown, took me an hour to get there. On Saturday July 16th, a deposit charge of $300.56 was charged to my debit card for future cosmetic services from ElleHome Hollistic Med Spa, which was part of a $6,500 finance contract I signed/entered with Cherry. The staff Norrell have a clue of what they are doing. I paid a lot of money for a series of three eye treatments. My eyes look worse now than they ever did the last person to work on my eyes did not know what they were doing and pull downward on my eyes the entire time. My ones beautiful eyes that I was just trying to polish up a bit are droopy and I have this consistently tired look on my face I am sick and beside myself as I trusted them with my personal looks right now look 10 years older

I used to use this spa years ago ( west loop) for various services. Recently, I was interested in trying Cronin..so I googled it. An ad came up for Xeomin at ellehomme for 7.99/ unit. I called and inquired ( at the downtown location) , and was told that they didn’t know about this promo..In addition, the receptionist didn’t even know what Xeomin was.. when I asked her to explain how it differed from Botox, she literally said ‘ it’s like watered down Botox’ ******RED FLAG***** I explained that , from what I had read..that i... read more
