Zero stars! NOTICE TO BEWARE of Jessica P who scammed me out of $285 in 2024. She talked me into prepaying for 3 facials for $285 on January 2024. On 7/25, I requested an appt. On 8/19 Jessica responded w appt for 8/27. On appt day she cancelled bc of COVID. I texted again on 9/10 and she said she had to have surgery. On 10/15 I tried again and she said she had carpel tunnel surgery. On 1/15/25, I requested a refund since it was over a year and no services were rendered. No response from Jessica since then. BEWARE of this woman she is a scam artist! She had talked me into prepaying for 3 facials. Everytime she booked me she would cancel the day of my service. This happened over 6 times. I have all of our texting. She refused to refund me my money. The last time she did it I took of time from work and was in mid drive to the office! She said she had Covid and was in the middle of giving someone else a facial. She still refused to refund my $180. She is a con artist beware. She is crazy
Cancelled my appointment without notifying me and scheduled someone else in my appointment time.
She cancelled on me and when asked for a refund will not refund. I asked my card company to refund. She is saying to my card company I used services. I never did. Now showing all dialogue with my card company to get a full refund on services never provided. What an awful waste of time and energy. Stay away from this vendor.
It is practically impossible to get a hold of this person to make an appointment. I am on my 3rd try and will probably refund my Groupon.
