I was really excited to get a balayage and invested over $300, expecting a beautiful result. Unfortunately, the color turned out too light and brassy, so I returned to have a toner applied to correct it. While the toner toned it down, it ended up too dark and completely covered the dimension I was hoping for. Nicole does my nails and she always perfects them! The styles and shape are always exactly what I want. Everyone is always so friendly
