Elle was great. Thorough, professional, great communicator. I highly recommend her and would gladly have her as our agent again whether buying or selling. She responds very quickly and was willing to go "above and beyond" what was required. We had already moved out and were out of town so she helped with things I'd normally take care of if I were in town. Overall, a great experience.

We were first-time home buyers and she made it easy. We couldn’t have done it without her. I don’t know if it would have been as successful if we were dealing with anyone else. We ended up pursuing a house that was being sold from a notoriously difficult sellers. I would highly recommend Elle to anyone looking for a home in the Rogue Valley. She is very knowledgeable about the area, as well as important structural details of the homes. She pays attention to what her clients are looking for and doesn't waste the client's time dragging them to homes that would not be a good fit. If you want a great agent, that is honest and will work her tail off for you, I would strongly recommend you hire Elle for the job. I have completed two transactions with Elle and I was very pleased with her work. She made herself available anytime I needed her, from those silly questions to very technical ones, she always came through with the answer. Regardless of the fact that Elle was not going to receive an immediate commission, she spent hours of her time showing us homes and coming to our home to give us an idea of a reasonable selling price. Elle is absolutely amazing and was there for my husband and I at any moment that we needed her, ever if it was late at night! We also had a va loan and she knew so much about that.
