Worst execution I’ve ever had getting a Medipedi. So rough. So rude. Didn’t get anything close to what I asked for. I will never visit this place again. The lady that did mine was Niki. Very painful experience.

Aug 20th UPDATE: I have updated my original rating solely because the manager reached out to me personally the same night the original review was posted. She apologized, offered to make it right, and partially refunded me. I really appreciate their efforts. I think had I gotten a different nail artist, and told them right away that I wasn’t happy, my experience would’ve been better.
