Best service and even better massage!!
Just left there now. I had a 5pm appointment for a bio gel refill and got there at 4:55. They told me to sit and look through colours. At 5:10 someone else walked in said she had an appointment at 5 and they said they didn't have her name but had mine. I told them again I was there. Just after 5:15 they moved me to a station and by 5:20 still nothing. I left after 20 minutes of waiting. I guess they don't honour appointments. So ridiculous
Went in for a fill. It was rushed although not busy. And her work was sloppy, bio gel fill was uneven and lumpy. Not happy with my service.
I went to get a soak off, they made me bleed on two of my nails, were extremely rough and the entire thing was extremely painful. They left spots of acrylic still on. To soak off they had me put my hands in measuring cups. Do not recommend at all!!
