All the ladies are very friendly and helpful. I haven't had a bad treatment yet.
Walked in to see if there was availability. Everybody working here was very kind to one another and to customers. The nail tech didn't hurt me or damage my nails and she did exactly what I asked and she did a fantastic job
I am pleased with every nail technician that I have ever had at Ellle; however, today I had Gwen. It was the best pedicure of my life…I actually almost fell asleep while she was massaging my lower legs and feet. The salon is clean and welcoming, and I adore that they address me by my name, as a repeat customer (one of the techs even asked me about my sister, because she had put together the connection). 10/10
Had a pedicure done. The water was cold even after I told her while she was filling up. She ended up having to bail water out, and topping up with hot water but still was only like warm. Pedicure itself was great and looks great.
