I saw Elle for my hair and makeup for a family wedding while visiting SD and she is INCREDIBLE. From when you first walk in, the space is beautiful and warm and Elle is there to welcome you and learn more about your hmua goals. She took into account my outfit, skin type, and even the venue vibe which was retro Hollywood glam and she nailed it!
