I went to Lauren for a lash lift. Unfortunately, my lash lift did not hold on one of my eyes. Both Lauren, her colleague, and I are unsure why this happened, as I followed the precautions stated by Lauren. I don’t feel it is Lauren’s fault, as I have seen numerous photos of her results with lash lifts. When I went to her regarding my unhappiness, Lauren was extremely accommodating and handled the matter respectfully and promptly. I truly do appreciate this. I would recommend Lauren for any service to anyone.

Lauren was so comfortable to be around. I had a bad experience with an at home lash lift kit. I'm not sure what my expectations going into the appointment were, I just needed something better. Lauren was was great! Meeting her at first, she gives such a kind and calm and comforting impression. The appointment was so relaxing, and my lashes turned out great! I've already booked my next appointment. Highly recommend visiting Lauren, especially if you are a first timer like I was.

What a great service! Lauren’s space was very clean and inviting. She was very friendly, took her time, paid attention to detail, and went over all the do’s and don't of care and maintenance. I will definitely be going back!

My skin feels and looks great! Lauren takes her time and does a great job. The space is comfy and clean.
